Conditional Menus <= 1.2.6 - Cross-Site Request Forgery to Menu Options Update

Conditional Menus: Currently marked unpatched

Affected versions: *-1.2.6

Vulnerability type: CWE-352 Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)

Affected software, patched versions and attribution

The Conditional Menus plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.6. This is due to missing nonce validation on the 'save_options' function. Conditional Menus <= 1.2.0 - Reflected Cross-Site Scripting

Conditional Menus: Currently marked unpatched

Affected versions: *-1.2.0

Vulnerability type: CWE-79 Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')

Affected software, patched versions and attribution

The Conditional Menus plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'current_page' and 'num_of_pages ' parameters in versions up to, and including, 1.2.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
