Operational goals, actively managed

Every site begins with an initial health audit. If existing malware is discovered, 3Zero Recovery may be required before the site can join Zero Care.

Visible signals

Who Zero Care is for.

One symptom can have several causes. The investigation confirms what is actually happening before cleanup or repair begins.

  • 01Business sites that cannot be left unmaintained
  • 02Sites with frequent plugin and WordPress updates
  • 03Owners who need one accountable technical contact
  • 04Sites that require uptime and malware monitoring
  • 05Teams that need clear monthly maintenance reporting
  • 06Recovered sites moving into proactive care

Scope of work

Investigation before assumption.

01

Initial website health audit

The onboarding baseline reviews WordPress, plugins, themes, users, PHP compatibility, backups, update state, visible security concerns, known vulnerabilities, and important business workflows.

02

Managed WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates

Updates are reviewed, backed up, applied with compatibility awareness, and checked afterward. Abandoned, unsupported, or high-risk components are flagged rather than silently ignored.

03

Compatibility checks

Key frontend pages, WordPress admin, forms, and relevant commercial workflows are checked after managed changes, with failures investigated under the agreed maintenance scope.

04

Backup and uptime monitoring

Backup jobs and site availability are monitored so missed backups or outages become actionable events instead of silent risks.

05

Malware and known vulnerability monitoring

Malware signals, file changes, public vulnerability information, login posture, and firewall configuration are reviewed in context. Monitoring supports response; it does not create an absolute guarantee.

06

Critical-error response and monthly reporting

Maintenance-related critical errors receive priority investigation. Each reporting period summarizes updates, monitoring, backups, uptime, risks, completed work, and recommended actions.

07

What happens if malware is discovered

The incident is assessed immediately. Existing pre-onboarding malware or a deeper compromise may require 3Zero Recovery; response to a new incident is handled according to the active care agreement.

08

Monthly and annual care options

Monthly: Monthly pricing on assessment. Annual: Annual pricing on assessment. Exact scope, renewal, and response expectations are confirmed before access is granted.

Zero Care is designed for currently clean websites. If the onboarding audit finds existing malware or persistent compromise, 3Zero Recovery may be required first.
